    i usually charge 35 to 40 depending on the zise of the lawn and the size of the backyard, also take in consideration the space availible, what i mean by that is the size of the back door, check if biger mowers fit in there if not thats more work which means higher rate

    Great advice, only problem for me is, there aren’t too many people who would pay anymore than $30-$40 for both their front and backyards mowed where I live.

    I think the best thing to do is to have a set price on some yards. Like your speed may be faster than others, so for that yard you charge a regular $40….and it may take only 15-20 minutes. and your larger yards you go by minutes.

    whats a more productive method, 5 clients that will pay a dollar per min. or 15 that would pay half that?

    that seems very pricey…I do my lawn for 25bucks for hour and a half,i know i am way under paid but i do other lawns and charge about 60$ for an hour an half…But w/e works right?

    i would go broke pricing jobs this way.i guess it would work for some people but i cant make money doing it this way.
