~250 acquisitions per year: a good example to explain Leader’s instinct. No way, a CEO can take insightful decision in each of these.

Boss rules – team works on one idea – the boss’s idea.

    Discovered in 2003:

The underlying law of nature may be the world’s most useful, profitable and encouraging knowledge.

For example, it is the most effective and efficient means to improve the performance of any process.

Great personal, economic and societal advantages exist to identifying the underlying law of nature first hand for oneself, to understanding its principles, and to efficiently applying it.

Bing or Google it as a start.

Welch was probably the best CEO of his era. He adapted Drucker principles well!

I know one thing!!! I am a real estate agent and in a tract of 200 homes every home owner has a problem with their GE home appliance. Not one person is happy and GE’s customer service is the worst. What ever you do, Don’t buy their home appliances. You will be really really sorry.
