this is a very hard worked engine, i bought it off of a guy whom owned a lawn business, for 300 bucks ran decent but the starter was crap from start. Its been told that there is over 325 hours on this which for being a 1997 yardmachines i believe…

Hey, somebody like me?!
Wow, I thought I was the only one!
I still have my Dad’s old Briggs and Stratton I/C flathead-powered lawnmower. It was originally purchased back in the very early 1990’s, and was used by my family for our lawn mowing service.
Although the chassis is trash and the carburetor is messed up, I still have the unit…and it does work (although it burns oil in its old condition).
The Snapper was replaced by two Honda lawn mowers which are OHV. They run good too.
