Lawn Care : How to Keep Squirrels Off a Bird Feeder

05 Oct

Common techniques for keeping squirrels off of a bird feeder include greasing the bird feeder support pole or wrapping tin foil around the pole. However, these techniques may not work, so just let the squirrel at the bird feeder because it spreads the feed on the ground where the birds can get at it more easily. Learn about suggestions for coping with squirrels eating bird feed in thisfree video on lawn care from a landscaping professional. This guy looks like smoked something. No solution, waste of time watching his advice! And, please change the title at least. Next time I see this guy, I will never bother to watch the video.

The best method I have found to keep the squirrels away is a pellet gun.

Why is the title “How to Keep Squirrels Off a Bird Feeder” when you don’t offer a solution?

Nice advice but I am tired of buying replacement feeders. The squirrels keep distroying every feeder I buy no matter how much we pay for them.

What a pleasure it is to see the birds and squirrels mingling. Okay, thanks. Brilliant advice.
