The four red flags that say it’s time to close your lawn care business
Usually in my articles to look for ways to help people save or earn more money in their business turf. This time, however, I look at the other side of the lawn care business dream. Here are four red flags that may identify the need to seriously modify or terminate its activities in the lawn. 1. Its debt is growing Here’s the first red flag to look at. It’s called debt assets. Lawn business owners are often times to borrow money to buy assets such as lawn equipment. There is nothing wrong with that. But if the debt is growing, and gradually increases, while their assets were barely moving, may be about to become undue influence. How much does one have in mind?
