It can be difficult to break through a companies layer of insulation before you get to the person in charge of making such decisions. Persistance seems to be a big part of the key to success. Lets look into this discussion that took place on the Gopher Lawn Care Business Forum. A new member wrote landing a large commercial account is not the easiest thing to do but once you have them you can keep them for a very long time provided you are doing a professional job. And the amount of money you can generate for your company is great. I landed a few medium size commercial snow plow accounts for this winter and have some good leads on summer work. I will be pushing for residential lawn care very heavily at the beginning of next year. My feeling is that my company WILL be successful in both residential and commercial accounts.
